Medical procedures packages include operations, technical/organizational procedures in hospitals, emergency rooms, private practice offices and even patient consultations.  Individuals may chose to have their medical experience videoed in order to satisfy insurance claims or for evidence in case of malpractice.   Video packages are customized for the particular situation.  All video packages include preliminary consultation, filming using high-resolution digital 3CCD professional cameras, wireless microphones, music, titles, special effects computerized editing, contracted copies on High Grade DVD video, and protective DVD covers.  Each video is a custom-produced, up to 120-minute video of your procedure.  Choice One Productions will work closely with you or your company to provide you with a professional video of your procedure.  Typical locations include:

The “Clip” Package $1000

Covers an operation of procedure.  This video package is a completely edited exposé of an operation or medical procedure with music, narration by qualified physician, creative transitions and filters, beginning and/or ending montages and titles and credits. This video package include preliminary consultation, filming using high-resolution digital 3CCD professional cameras, wireless microphones, music, titles, special effects computerized editing, contracted copies on High Grade DVD video, and protective DVD covers.  Each video is a custom-produced, up to 120-minute video (typical ~30 minutes) of your operation or procedure.  Original footage of up to 4 hours at one location is assumed.

You receive:

• One (1) high grade DVD master of the edited video up to 90 minutes.
• A personalized letter with instructions for care and use of the DVD.
• Each additional high grade DVD video is $25 each.

Live ‘n Learn $1200

Training Video(s).  This video package is a completely edited training session(s) or some medical procedure (priced separately…see above) or meeting or conference of a consulting nature with music, creative transitions and filters, beginning and/or ending montages and titles and credits. All video packages include preliminary consultation, filming using high-resolution digital 3CCD professional cameras, wireless microphones, music, titles, special effects computerized editing, contracted copies on High Grade DVD video, and protective DVD covers.  Each video is a custom-produced, up to 120-minute of your medical training module.  Original footage of up to 4 hours at one location is assumed.

You receive:

• One (1) high grade DVD master of the edited video up to 90 minutes.
• A personalized letter with instructions for care and use of the DVD.
• Each additional high grade DVD is $25 each.
