Packages

Videos packages for seminars and training focus on either an auditorium setting or a classroom environment.  Video and web packages are customized for the particular situation.  All video packages include preliminary consultation, filming using high-resolution digital 3CCD professional cameras, wireless microphones, music, titles, special effects computerized editing, contracted copies on High Grade DVD video, and protective DVD covers.  Each video is a custom-produced, up to 120-minute video of your seminar or training session. Multiple videos (or series) may be the final output, depending on customer requirements.   However, usually these training videos are short and sweet in order to retain viewer attention and comprehension.  Choice One Productions will work closely with you or your company to provide you with a professional video of your seminar or training need.  You may want to consider a video to get your message across on this high impact medium that can be studied, discussed and remembered as a permanent record.

Training video – is a cost effective way to train with a consistent message to many, anytime. Training videos can vary from 5 to 90 minutes in length.  We suggest a series of 30 minute modules in a case where a lot of training is necessary.  Different languages can be incorporated into the training series, as can text enhancements.  A training video works best when there is the opportunity to show or illustrate something.  Sometimes humor can be used to spice up a dull presentation of information.  Repetition of information, as in a live presentation is not necessary in a training video, since the user can also rewind the video. Some training videos can be easily re-purposed for CD-ROM training or presentation.

Educational Video – is another cost effective way to educate your audience with a consistent message- anytime. Informational videos are used to educate employees, potential customers or the public.  Identifying the shelf life of an educational video will help you determine an effective budget.  A longer shelf life can justify a bigger budget, which can be amortized over several years.  Educational videos can also be re-purposed for CD-ROM or DVD

Training Video(s).  This video package is a completely edited training session(s) with music, creative transitions and filters, beginning and/or ending montages and titles and credits. All video packages include preliminary consultation, filming using high-resolution digital 3CCD professional cameras, wireless microphones, music, titles, special effects computerized editing, contracted copies on High Grade DVD video, and protective DVD covers.  Each video is a custom-produced, up to 120-minute video of your product(s) and service(s).  Choice One Productions will work closely with your company to provide you with a professional video of your function.  Original footage of up to 4 hours at one location is assumed.

You receive:

• One (1) high grade DVD master of the edited video up to 90 minutes.
• A personalized letter with instructions for care and use of the DVD video.
• Each additional high grade DVD is $25 each.

Note: Adjustment to price may apply if more than one original video is required (e.g. training series)

“See It Again” Seminar Package $1500

Seminar Video(s).  This video package is a completely edited coverage of a seminar with specific topics attended and includes music, creative transitions and filters, beginning and/or ending montages and titles and credits. All video packages include preliminary consultation, filming using high-resolution digital 3CCD professional cameras, wireless microphones, music, titles, special effects computerized editing, contracted copies on High Grade DVD video, and protective DVD covers.  Each video is a custom-produced, up to 120-minute video of the seminar.  Choice One Productions will work closely with your company to provide you with a professional video of your function.  Original footage of up to 4 hours at one location is assumed.
